Description
The Buckler was part of any swordsman equipment from the 12 Century to the 18th Century.
It was used in conjuction with the sword and offered a fast moving form of protection from the opponents blows.
The fluted buckler is made from 14 guage steel,
It is held by a securley riveted wooden handle on the reverse.
