Say Hello to Mr Flatnose.
Kjetil Flatnose appears in the largely fictional TV Show Vikings. He is based on a chap who really did exist. His life is documented in the Icelandic Sagas.
At some point in the 9th century he was the King of the Isles. His son Thorsten the Red ruled parts of Scotland sometime after the 870s AD.
He had a daughter known as Aud the Deep Minded. She married Olaf the White, King of Dublin.
Our Kjetil figure is the first being produced in the Cambrian mountains of West Wales.
