Description
An ancient symbol of devotion, beautifully reimagined for the modern home.
Our handmade Ephesos Bee Wall Plaque is cast from a historic Greek coin minted over two thousand years ago. In the ancient city of Ephesos, the bee was more than a symbol of nature—it was the sacred emblem of the goddess Artemis, whose high priestesses were proudly called Melissai (honey bees).
Proudly made from start to finish in our West Wales craft workshop, each plaque is created using a high-quality cold cast metal method and finished meticulously by hand. Measuring approximately 5 inches in diameter, its irregular, coin-like edges give it the look of a genuine archaeological find. Equipped with a sturdy wall hanger on the reverse, it arrives ready to add instant heritage, texture, and character to any room.
