Our handmade Ephesos Bee Wall Plaque is cast from a historic Greek coin minted over two thousand years ago. In the ancient city of Ephesos, the bee was more than a symbol of nature—it was the sacred emblem of the goddess Artemis, whose high priestesses were proudly called Melissai (honey bees).
Every single plaque is made entirely by hand in our independent craft workshop tucked away in beautiful West Wales. Using a meticulous cold cast method, we blend real metal powders with high-quality resin to achieve the authentic weight, texture, and metallic finish of an ancient artifact—without the immense weight of solid cast metal.
